Spices, of which we carry out the production in grains or powder, the packaging and sale, is our main business line. We serve in the processing and distribution channels with a wide range of grain or powder spices in form of mini packages to be used in the kitchen or in industrial sizes.
Mixtures and ingredients are prepared in certain amounts of a certain extent and added during the production at once. Our present machines auto- matically dose our mixtures with 3gr. of error margin in 1 ton and are homogenized in the boiler. This application grants a lot of advantages during the production. The most important is, that the special prepared mixture will give you always the same taste and flavor. It eliminates mistakes such as ingredients that are forgotten or put in too much or too little. It provides a practical advantage with the possibility of adding a single package for each party. It offers the possibility to produce a stable product.

Soups, which are one of the first examples of con- venience food, stand out with their practicality and affordability and are widely acclaimed. During the past years the added seasonings and sauces during the production, cooking or consumption have increa- sed the flavor of the food. The soups, seasonings and sauces that are specially prepared for every product and producer, create a taste according to the prefe- rences of the manufacturer. These seasonings, sauces and breaded coatings are very practical and affordable and can be produced according to local tastes.
Different herbs such as aniseed, thyme and fennel that are used in alternative medicine, tradi- tional knowledge, aromatherapy and massages and other herbs and fruit such as sage, linden and rosehip that are used for teas are naturally, freshly, safely and hygienically obtained, produced and presented in various forms and packaging.
Oils and extracts that are produced from especially spices, plants and fruit, ensures the pro- duct to gain the same flavor and aroma as long as the mass of the products is not used. They are used in production with consistency and volume accuracy. In the food sector they are also used to mask flavor components that negatively affect the quality of the product and to enhance the flavor of the food and differentiate the product
The traditional dry storage was the most im- portant method of storage for humanity until the development of technology. Thanks to modern technology and the air flow drying method in ovens, faster and more hygienic products were obtained. Together with the drying of the food not only an ease of stock, transportation and pro- duction is ensured but it is also possible to regularly find products whether it is the season or not. Since the flavor and aroma of products that are harvested in their season is more intense, the total product quality also increases.
In order to keep the flavor, aroma, color, hu- midity and oil ratios of the product on the shelves the same as when it was produced and in order to create more saturated and long-lasting products, building developers such as phosphates and fibers and color and aromas are used to take the product to the next level. These additives are used to make the product more alluring, increase the quality and raise it to the accepted world standards. Preserva- tives, builders, thickeners, accelerators and stabili- zers are the first that come to mind in terms of natu- ral or synthetic, liquid or solid-based food additives.
Many functional additives, of which most are produced from food, developed in the laboratory, ensure that the product is long-lasting, tasty, attrac- tive and durable. During the production they pro- vide benefits such as increasing efficiency, water retention, fat replacers, texturing, protein protec- tion, crystallization and corrosion prevention. The education, information and trial productions of these products can be carried out with the help of foreign or domestic engineers. With these processes, manufacturers can carry out more innovative pro- ductions with optimum costs and in accordance to the communique.
Natural gut and synthetic casings that are used in the meat and dairy industry are especially used to ripen, cook, shape, store and make products such as sausage, bacon, ham, butter, cheese and similar edible. Natural and artificial examples can be permeable or impermeable, domestically or foreign produced and salted or air-dried. Artificial casings however can consists of fibers, collagen or plastic. There is a color and print alternative for the artificial ones.
Meat and dairy products supplies such as rope, clips, vacuum bags, shrink bags, vacuum packaging films and tyvek are used to package, raise the pro- duct to a certain standard, mark, make the product portable or hungable and brand products such as soudjouk, salami, sausage, ham, fried meat in the meat industry and products such as butter and cheese in the dairy industry. World brands are pre- ferred for these products.
From sesame to poppy seeds, food coloring to flavorings and from cacao to special flours and cake garnishments used in the pastry industry, a wide range of quality oven and bakery products are presented to the customer.
Our portfolio only contains products of main producers, which genetics and origin can be traced and efficiency is approved. Certified standard and hybrid seed varieties are supplied under the control of our agricultural engineers for agricultural pro- ducers or hobby activities. We are able to serve hobby gardeners, professionals and producers of all sizes with all products that can be produced in our country such as garden plants, tomato, pepper, cucumber, mint, parsley and similar, forage crops such as safflower and alfalfa and plant varieties for the industrial use.
The products range from domestic and impor- ted varieties and animal feed such as plain and mixed canary feed, bird feed for birds such as budgies, parrots, goldfinches and nightingales, fish feed and cat and dog food, of which all can be produced in different weighted packages and sold in masses.
